Q. How do I order with my own design ?
A. Customization is welcome. If you like to personalize your gift, just write or call us. We can make a custom gifts for you, even if it isn’t  shown in our gallery.

Q. How about quality ?
A. We guaranteed you will not be disappointed. We use only well known products for making our gifts!

Q. How to order a gift ? 
A. Some gifts are ready and some are preorder. Adorable gifts are made to order, which help us minimize waste and inventory. By doing so, we are able to offer you affordable pricing.

Q. How is shipping calculated ?
A. Prices in the gallery do not include shipping cost. Prices are determined on weight/size , delivery and destination basis.

Q. How do you deliver ordered goods ?
A. We use USPS, Fedex and UPS. ( please refer to shipping info page)

Q. How long does it take for the delivery of my goods?
A. For items in stock, it will take about 8-12 working days after your payment is verified. For custom order items, once the your payment is verified, it can take up to 21 days to make and ship out your order .

Q. What if I am ordering from another country ?
A. Please contact us by email before you order, regarding shipping, pay methods, price and the time for delivery.

Q : What if that my order gift doesn’t satisfy me, after I receive it?
A : Can be exchanged or refunded after item is returned in original condition.  Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

Q : How do I can cancel or change order ?
A. If you decide to return the gift, our warehouse will confirm the receipt of your returned order and advise you of a new shipping date for your new order. Please note that price of new order might be different therefore, its important to confirm with us all the details in advance. Orders already processed/shipped by us can’t be cancelled however we will give you an exchange option as described above.

Q. How long do I have to return my order?
A. You have 7 days after you receive the order. It must be returned in the original shipping container and items should show no signs of usage/wear. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer.

Q. Returnable and Refundable ?
A. We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return, for us to process your refund. If you are exchanging your gift , once it has been processed please allow 12 – 15 additional days for delivery.
